We ship worldwide!
The time it takes to fulfill an order varies based on several factors such as the season, product availability, and the size of the order. Typically, most orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after being placed.
Should any delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
Orders are processed daily apart from on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
How do I track my order?
You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number along with the link included in your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can access your LiSummerfield account to see your order status.
When will my order be sent?
We do our best to ship to you within 24 hours. However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. The average shipping time is 4-8 days in the US. International orders are 10-30 days. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay. During busy times or sales events, standard delivery may extend by an extra 3-5 working days.
